The Vegas Edit: July Edition

Welcome to July in Las Vegas! There’s something electric about the city this time of year—long, sun-soaked days, sparkling nights, and a calendar packed with unforgettable experiences. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this month’s edit is your guide to what’s hot and happening all across the valley.

Events Around Town

July in Vegas is full of fun—from live music and movie nights to family pool parties and mountain yoga. Don’t miss the NBA Summer League, Summerlin Sounds: 80s Night, glow-in-the-dark Nerf battles, and the Brick Planet LEGO Exhibit at Springs Preserve. There’s something happening every week!

Conventions & Tradeshows

Vegas is buzzing with major conferences this month. From national sports tournaments and beauty expos to niche trade shows and creative industry events, expect an uptick in energy (and traffic) around the Strip. Highlights include ROLLERCON, NIKE Nationals, Cosmoprof, and Las Vegas Market. Whether you’re attending or avoiding the crowds, it’s good to know what’s in town.

New Restaurants to Try

New spots are popping up all over Vegas—from the Strip to Chinatown to the Arts District. Via Via Food Hall, Underdog, and Bottled Blonde bring fresh energy to the Strip, while Krok and Chubby Skewers add flavor in Chinatown. Down south, Tuscan Cove opens in Southern Highlands, and Prowl makes its debut in the Arts District.

Featured Property

This month’s featured home is a spacious two-story with the perfect mix of luxury and livability. With 3 beds, 3 baths, a loft, and a pool—plus Strip and Red Rock views—it’s the kind of place that makes summer feel like a staycation. Listed at $1,160,000.
