Salpie’s journey into real estate has been anything but ordinary—and that’s exactly what makes her approach so exceptional. Raised in Los Angeles, her professional background began in the world of beauty and wellness. As a licensed esthetician in California, she spent five years building a freelance business rooted in trust, care, and personal connection—skills that now shine through in every real estate transaction.
Though real estate had been a passion since high school, her path first led her to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Teaching and a Master’s in Public Administration. That strong foundation in education, service, and leadership is now the bedrock of how she guides her clients—through knowledge, integrity, and thoughtful communication.
Salpie is known for her eye for detail, a natural sense of aesthetics, and her ability to envision potential in every home. She especially loves working with first-time buyers—because she remembers exactly what that experience felt like—and she also specializes in relocation and luxury. Her goal isn’t just to help clients buy or sell, but to make the journey seamless, joyful, and confidence-filled from start to finish…and well beyond the closing table.
Her approach is deeply relational: consistent follow-through, clear communication, and a genuine desire to build lasting connections. Long after the transaction ends, her clients still feel supported.
A proud Las Vegas local, Salpie is a mom of three, happily married to her best friend, and an advocate for homeschooling and faith-based, family-centered living. She’s been a passionate ambassador for Public Square since its inception and loves connecting with—and spotlighting—local businesses that align with her values.
With a heart for service, a head for strategy, and a strong sense of style, Salpie is here to help you find your place in Las Vegas—whether you’re buying, selling, or just exploring what’s next.
“Nothing worthwhile comes easily. Don’t let others discourage you or tell you that you can’t do it.”
